For borrowers, we collect :

        personal identification data and financial data including but not limited to name, email address, phone number, citizenship, residency, marital status, current address, copies of ID & passport, IP address.

 

         financial data including but not limited to pay slips, tax declarations, and property documents, expenses, savings, assets, existing credits, as well as related data such as employer name, contract type, and existing creditors.

 

        derived data including but not limited to additional costs to be paid towards getting a mortgage, loan offers that include potential lenders and financial products, and calculations & acceptance checks that determine credit worthiness.

o    To request access and obtain a copy of your personal information: you can request a copy of your personal information undergoing processing and/or demand access to your personal information;

o    To request rectification: you are entitled to have incorrect personal information corrected or completed;

o    To request erasure (right to be forgotten): you have the right to have your personal information removed from our files. However, this right is not absolute, and some conditions must be met for this right to apply;

o    if applicable, to data portability: for personal information that you have provided to Oper Credits, you have the right to receive your personal information, processed by Oper Credits, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and/or to transmit those data to another controller;

o    In certain circumstances, you may also have the right to object to the processing of your personal information. Please note that this request may be refused if the data is necessary to be processed by Oper Credits for compelling legitimate reasons, or the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims;

o    If we are relying on your consent to process your personal information (e.g. direct marketing), you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Please note however that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before its withdrawal.

9. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

 

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy notice.
